Membership dues for 2009 are $85.00 for returning members and $90.00 for new members. To apply for a membership print out the Membership application form, fill it in and submit it with your payment. Please submit all cheques to Par Breakers Golf Association c/o Tony Marasigan at 14631 73A Avenue, Surrey B.C. V3S 9G4.
