Week 6 of the 2007 season was held on Saturday April 14th at the Hazelmere Golf and Country Club. This was our first time holding at a tournament at this venue, the members response was very good and we thank the staff for their hospitality.
This weeks’ winners were Boy Holgado in the “A” division and Michael Ahkong in the “B” division, both with their first wins of the year.
Boy recorded 8 pars on his way to a round of 83, net 65, and a three shot victory over Robin Perrin. Michael won his division by 1 shot over runner-up Ellis Natividad, recording 5 pars in his round of 100, net 70.
Butch Cusi was the par leader for the day with 10, also scoring 2 birdies along with Robin and Randy Gonzales.
This past week also saw history in the making as the very first Ladies Division winner of Parbreakers was crowned. Lynne Lim won the Ladies division with a round of 113, net 74, and took the title by 1 shot over 3 other competitors. Their first tournament had 9 members entered and we thank you all for coming out!
The KP winners this week were, Rene De Leon, GV Fragante, James Hong and Dom Cejalvo. On the Ladies side Norma Chavez won 2 and Lynne Lim took 1.
